Environmental protection concept

Bamboo is not only a natural resource, but also a part of social resources. It is a special gift given to mankind by nature. While developing industries, it is everyone's social responsibility to make rational use of mining and maintain ecological balance.

After years of research and development, using the residue of bamboo processing, we have developed a domestic advanced integrated equipment that mainly produces bamboo charcoal, with concentrated bamboo vinegar, bamboo tar and co-production of combustible gas.

Use bamboo processing residues to develop more new bamboo extension products and expand the space of bamboo industry to meet market demand.

Waste Recycling

The waste is collected through special underground pipelines to realize the recycling generated from the whole process including coating, printing, die-cutting, and forming. The collected waste is compressed and packed in the specific packing workshop, and then transported to the recycling plant for recycling, to maximize resource utilization.

Recycling Corrugated Cartons in In-house Project

For the products of the in-house factory, corrugated cartons are gathered and reused to save the carbon footprint. Shilin actively promotes the recycling of packaging materials and recommend it to customers in other fields to effectively reduce carbon footprint.

Solar Photovoltaic Energy System

The roof of the factory is covered with solar photovoltaic panels with a total capacity of 2.5 MWP. In 2021, solar photovoltaic energy generation reached 1.8 million kWh, which is equivalent to reducing carbon footprint by 490000kg. In 2022, solar photovoltaic energy generation came up to 1.6 million kWh, which is equivalent to reducing carbon footprint by 450000kg.
Modern Eco-friendly Factory

Our factory has fully realized the modern production mode of high efficiency and energy saving and has mastered the manufacturing technology of anaerobic pyrolysis carbon, gas, and oil multi-production, and the self-developed production equipment has no external waste water and exhaust gas in the operation process, which fully meets the national environmental protection requirements and solves the air and water pollution in the traditional carbon production process.
Comprehensive Utilization

We also carry out secondary processing and utilization of the waste materials produced during the production process. The recycled pellets produced through renewable resource processing equipment are finely textured, dense, and hard, which are high-quality raw materials for activated carbon and biofuel. Meanwhile, the attached concentrated bamboo vinegar liquid, bamboo tar, and co-production of gas and other products provide efficient and reasonable solutions to enhance resource re-utilization, reduce enterprise costs, and environmental pollution control.
